1. Name and Address of the Foundation

The Surya Foundation is a Charitable Organisation for the Public at large and is called *Surya Foundation* - Homoeopathy for the World. The Foundation has its registered office in Riegsee-Hagen, Germany.

2. Goals and objectives of the Foundation

1. The goals of the Foundation are:

• Research in the Homoeopathic Prophylaxis and therapeutic possibilities
• The support of similar Projects internationally, e.g. in India and Africa
• The Education in Homoeopathy and Homoeopathic Prophylaxis
• The training on the treatment of Tropical Diseases for Charitable Trusts
• Exchange between Homoeopaths on an international Level
  To arrange lectures, events, and meetings
  

2. The Foundation is A Voluntary Homoeopathic Medical Organisation Of Highly Motivated Homoeopaths.

3. The Foundation is a Charitable Organisation is as such recognised by the Government for Tax Exemption.

4. The Donations shall only be used for its Charitable Purposes as defined in the Memorandum.
